Mr. Kolyang Palebele is a Chadian agro-breeder and an expert in rural and community development. He is President of the National Council of Rural Producers of Chad (Conseil National de Concertation des Producteurs Ruraux du Tchad - CNCPRT) in Chad and advisor to the Economic, Social, Cultural and Environmental Council (CESC). He has also been Chairman of the Regional Platform of Farmers' Organizations of Central Africa (PROPAC) since 2021, and is a former Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Pan-African Farmers' Organization (PAFO).
