Rossana Carolina Ayala

Vice-minister for Family Farming, Paraguay

I was born in the city of Encarnación, Republic of Paraguay, on July 24, 1975.
I started working at the Centre for Agricultural Research from 2000 to 2004, in the area of Soil Management and Conservation within the National Programme for Soil Conservation and Recovery MAG/GIZ.
From 2004 to 2023 I have been in charge of planning, evaluation and monitoring at the Centre for Agricultural Development of Alto Paraná, under the Directorate of Agricultural Extension of the Ministry of Agriculture and Livestock.
I currently serve as Vice-Minister of Peasant and Indigenous Family Farming (VAF), under the Ministry of Agriculture and Livestock.
